Hawksmill Denim Co would like to thank you for your order. Once your order is accepted your package will be dispatched to you and a unique tracking number will be provided.

We aim to ship all orders received before 11am (GMT) on a business day (Monday to Friday ) on the day they’re placed. This is subject to the usual card security checks being completed, and providing the item(s) you order are in stock. Orders placed after 12noon(GMT) will be shipped the following business day. Any orders over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday (except on Bank Holidays).

We are really sad to say that due to Brexit we will not be shipping to Europe at the present time. We are waiting for the current issues regarding taxes, duties and shipping to be resolved so that we can be clear with our customers regarding charges. We are very sorry and really gutted. Delivery Charges

 All deliveries will require a signature and are sent via DPD or Royal Mail.

    •  UK – 1 to 2 days delivery - sent either via DPD courier next day service or Royal Mail - £4.50. (All orders over £150 are shipped free of charge)
    • Zone 1   Benelux, France, Germany and Ireland - £11.50
    • Zone 2   Austria, Denmark and Switzerland - £13.70
    • Zone 3   Czech, Italy, Slovakia and Spain. - £15.70
    • Zone 4 Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden.- £20.00
    • Zone 5 Bulgaria, Bosnia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania and Serbia. - £24.50
    • Indonesia, South Korea and Japan via DHL Express £30.00
    • USA via DHL Express £22.00
    • Canada via DHL Express £30.00
    All international shipments customs and import charges are to be paid by the recipient. Customers must take full liability for parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and any handling charges will be deducted from any refund due.

    It is recommended you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

    We reserve the right to use a different carrier if necessary.

    We are unable to send to PO Boxes or other where it is not possible to gain a signature on delivery.
